Terms of Service & Licensing

1. License Grants & Permitted Usage

These terms apply to every digital product (extensions, scripts, panels, and plugins) sold or distributed on this site. When you purchase Trackr, you are buying a single-user license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself. Trackr remains the intellectual property of yojacq / Trackr. The license is personal to you and may not be shared, rented, or transferred except via our official license deactivation tool.

What You Can Do:

• Use Trackr in your own work, across both personal and commercial video editing projects.
• Install and activate it on the computers that you personally use (subject to our 1-active-machine device lock, with free transfers via license deactivation).
• Use Trackr on an unlimited number of your own client or personal projects, for as long as your license is active.

What You Cannot Do (in whole or in part):

• Share, send, give away, resell, sub-license, rent, or lend the product, license keys, or its files to anyone else.
• Upload, post, or distribute Trackr anywhere, including websites, forums, cloud drives, file-sharing services, torrents, or online marketplaces.
• Bundle it into, or distribute it as part of, another product, preset pack, template, course, or editing toolkit.
• Take apart, inspect, copy, or recreate the inner files, logic, or workings of the software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, authorship, watermark, or licensing verification notices.

In Short: One purchase covers one person on one active device. If a colleague, friend, assistant editor, or additional studio workstation needs it, they require their own license.

Teams & Studios: Need multiple seats for an agency, post-production house, or studio team? Contact support@yojacq.com and our team will arrange a multi-seat studio license.

Promotional & Bonus Keys: Any promotional, studio accommodation, or complimentary bonus license keys issued by our team must be redeemed and activated on the intended device within the designated claim window (defaulting to 7 calendar days from issuance) before expiring. Once activated on the machine, the license permanently binds to that authorized device.

If These Terms Are Broken: Redistributing, copying, sharing, or attempting to recreate or bypass Trackr is a material breach of this license and of international copyright law. In addition to immediate and permanent license revocation without refund, offenders may be exposed to legal action, including claims for statutory damages, court injunctions, and recovery of full legal costs. Each product download and license key is uniquely tied to your purchase and unauthorized copies are traceable.

2. Host Software Compatibility & System Requirements

Trackr is built, optimized, and officially supported solely for Adobe Premiere Pro 2026 on supported macOS and Windows workstations.

Legacy Host Versions (Premiere Pro 2025): Compatibility with older host versions, including Premiere Pro 2025 or legacy releases, is not guaranteed and is not officially supported. While our team may, upon request and at our sole discretion, provide an unsupported legacy build for Premiere Pro 2025 on a best-effort basis, we are under no legal, technical, or contractual obligation to provide, maintain, or update legacy versions. Inability to run Trackr due to un-updated or unsupported host software versions is strictly non-refundable.

3. Output Keyframe Ownership

All keyframes, transform data, and animation outputs generated by Trackr onto your timeline belong 100% to you. Projects saved with Trackr keyframes do not require an active license to play back or render in standard Premiere Pro installations.
