🛡️ 48-Hour Refund Policy (Lifetime Licenses)

We stand behind Trackr with complete confidence. If Trackr does not save you hours on your edits or is incompatible with your workstation, simply email support@yojacq.com within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Subscriptions (Monthly Pass) are non-refundable, but can be cancelled anytime with zero penalty directly from your account.

1. License Grants

Lifetime License: Grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and activate Trackr on your workstation owned and operated by the license holder for commercial or personal video editing projects. Includes all updates for major version 1.x.

Monthly Pass: Grants full active license access for the duration of the paid billing period. Cancel anytime without penalty.

2. Output Keyframe Ownership

All keyframes, transform data, and animation outputs generated by Trackr onto your timeline belong 100% to you. Projects saved with Trackr keyframes do not require an active license to play back or render in standard Premiere Pro installations.
