Local Media & Project Data Protection

Trackr processes all motion tracking and keyframes locally on your workstation. We do not upload, transmit, store, or analyze your video footage, audio, project files, or client assets on any external cloud server. All tracking computations run directly inside Adobe Premiere Pro on your machine.

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase a license, activate the software, or contact support, we collect standard transactional and licensing information (such as your name, email address, order reference, device identifier for 1-machine license validation, and app version). We never store raw credit card numbers.

2. Local & Offline Capability

Trackr works offline for tracking subjects and generating keyframes on your timeline. An internet connection is used solely for initial license activation, periodic license validation checks, and checking for software updates. Your project media and timeline tracking data never leave your local workstation.
