Option A: Automated Install via ZXP Installer (Recommended)

Download Trackr (.zxp)

1. Download and open a free extension manager: Anastasiy's Extension Manager or aescripts + aeplugins ZXP Installer (free for Mac & Windows).
2. Drag and drop your downloaded Trackr.zxp file into the installer window.
3. Restart Adobe Premiere Pro.

Option B: Manual CEP Directory Installation

If you prefer manual file placement, extract the Trackr folder into your system's CEP extension directory:

macOS: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/Trackr
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\Trackr
Step 1: Create & Track Mask

In Premiere Pro's Effect Controls, create an unassigned mask (circle, square, or pen shape) over your subject, check the Perspective toggle if your shot tilts in depth, and track forward.

Step 2: Load Mask in Trackr

Open Window ➔ Extensions ➔ Trackr, select your tracked clip on the timeline, and click "Load Premiere Mask".

Step 3: Select Target & Apply

Select your target graphic, text title, adjustment layer, or video on the timeline and click "Apply Tracking" or "Stabilize".

Yes! In the Trackr panel, click Settings (gear icon) and select "Deactivate License on This Machine". This unbinds your hardware ID in the database so you can immediately activate on your other machine.
Trackr includes an automatic 72-hour offline grace lease. Once activated, you can work entirely offline on planes or on location without an active internet connection.
Trackr is designed, tested, and officially supported exclusively for Adobe Premiere Pro 2026. Older versions (such as Premiere Pro 2025) are not officially supported or guaranteed; upon request, our support team can provide a build for Premiere Pro 2025 on a best-effort basis, but support is not guaranteed and we are not obligated to maintain legacy versions.
